If sync looks stale, a voice session failed, or a screen does not match what you expected, send a note with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue quickly.

What to include in a report

A short, specific note helps us reproduce the issue much faster than a general description of what felt off.

  • Include your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • Tell us which screen you were using.
  • Share the exact steps that led to the issue.
  • Attach screenshots when the UI looked wrong or stale.

How do I create an account?

Open Settings in the app, switch to Create Account, and enter your email and a password. Depending on how your account is configured you may need to confirm your email first — the confirmation link opens a page on nurseryledger.com and sends you back to sign in.

How do I sign in on a second device?

Install Chloe: Nursery Ledger on the new device, open Settings, and sign in with the same email and password. Once you are signed in, tap Sync in Settings to pull your existing feeds, diapers, nursing, and pumping entries from the cloud.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

From Settings, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email. The reset link opens a page at nurseryledger.com/auth/reset-password where you set a new password, then you can sign back into the app with it.

How does cloud sync work?

Sync is on-demand. Your logs stay on the iPhone first, and nothing is uploaded until you sign in and tap Sync now in Settings. That same sync also pulls anything entered on another device, then merges both sides so the most recent edit of each entry wins.

Why didn’t my new entry show up on my other device?

Sync runs when you tap Sync now, not automatically. Make sure you tapped it after making changes and that both devices are signed into the same account. If sync shows an error, check your connection and try again.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. Chloe: Nursery Ledger is local-first and works fully without an account. Signing in is optional and only adds cloud backup and multi-device sync — you can start logging immediately and create an account later.

What does signing out actually clear?

Signing out only ends your cloud session and stops sync on that iPhone. Your baby’s name and everything you’ve logged stays on the device, so the app keeps working offline and your profile still shows.

What happens when I delete my account?

Deleting your cloud account removes your sign-in and synced data from our servers, but the entries already saved on your iPhone stay there. If you also want to wipe the phone itself, use the separate “Erase data on this iPhone” control in Settings.
